Dolly, strange question but maybe you legitimately don’t know…. A passport certifies the identity and nationality of its holder and allows the person to travel to and from foreign countries. As far as I know every country issues them (maybe not North Korea and the like).

it wasnt always like this, it's because of covid and the covid pass. most Americans are still completely ignorant and just dont follow the news. you can leave but you can't come back in the US without a passport or covid shot. just like Canada. well unless you're an illegal and cross the southern border.
