thats the problem with corporations forcing symbols on us. it doesn't always translate. like the on/off button is a circle and a line. oh and it's also the restart button. But it doesn't really fully restart your computer because we programmed it that way. and it only goes to sleep modes. so really it does nothing.
yeah right, better they label the button with "this button does on off but also sometimes restart and sometimes sleep". That's a better way to use symbols, that by the way are not "forced by corporations" but are standardised by international organisations.
