#21 Remember, this home was owned by a single income family of a shoe salesman that worked in a mall shoe store. This show is no longer a comedy it's now a fantasy...
Sue, as someone who was an assistant manager of a Foot Locker at the time "Married with Children" was on TV I can tell you that only a store manager made enough money to own a house - Al Bundy's job wasn't intended to portray a real-life scenario. But, online selling destroyed brick and mortar stores. Now the equivalent of a shoe salesman would be more like working at an Amazon warehouse - minimum wage (what Al made) wasn't enough money to buy a house back then and it's not enough money now - and no one should expect it to be enough. Minimum wage jobs are a stepping stone.
Sue, remember that tv is not real life, nor are movies, and most books. if you get your information and references from such media, you're part of the problem.
as kids, we used to build "bombs" with those. Solid core (pebble), wrap as many of those rolls tightly around it as you can (until amost Melon size), then wrap it - again, tightly - with a few layers of tape. Then throw it off a bridge or something on a hard surface.
#24 I suggested putting a smaller version of that in the stalls to replace the toilet paper. BTW, NEVER use the air hand dryer. They're filthy and disgusting. Might as well have someone fart on your hands to dry them. Google it.

But how do I find someone to fart on my hands?
