Equating the success or failure of a company to the color of skin of people being employed doesn't sound racist to you? It kinda does to me. If you don't want to shop there fine but saying it's because they don't hire whites (which I doubt that supposed memo is real or that the person that wrote it is still employed) then your choice is based on race. You can make that choice but don't try to justify it...

#16 I still have one, and the local hardware store/general store still sells them every summer. Throw a beach towel on them so that you don't stick to the plastic and they're fine.
