#1 This wouldn't work for many people. We don't even start considering a tree for our house unless it's at least 7 feet tall. Generally 8 feet is perfect. OK for people who want tiny trees.

This makes me think about the concept of a "15 minute city", everything within 15 minutes or less. If the people working at the various stores (and dozens of starbucks) can't afford to live in the city you don't live in a 15 minute city, you live in a theme park...
