You forgot Peter Sellers in Dr. Strangelove. He was the American President, a British tactical officer, and Dr.Strangelove. He was also supposed to do the Slim Pickens (bomber pilot) role but Sellers sprained his ankle that week of shooting and Pickens filled in for him.
