With streaming you can watch what you want, when you want, and they keep track of what you watch; how many times you pause it; which parts you fast-forward, rewind, or half-speed through; and do you make it to the end, and even through the credits. For research purposes.

No salt and pepper collections. We inherited grandma's collection of almost 1000 different ones from all over the world. If we sell any we have to pay the family their cut. So they sit in boxes in the basement forever.

#17 I have a collection of DVD/Blurays that is a little smaller than that. Most of the movies in my collection are not available on streaming. Streaming service choices are very limited and ever changing. You want to watch that movie, nope, it's no longer available, sorry piss off.
