Sadly, their population is aging quickly. Young couples aren't having enough kids to stabilize the population so they will probably have to resort to bringing in immigrants which will destroy the beauty of their country. No, I'm not Japanese but no one in the US or Europe can deny that immigration is terribly destructive.

Well, one possible benefit of an ageing population is that they won't have to deal with as many people without jobs because of automation.
