#13 technically they don't really align with the bag, the bag is bigger than it needs to be and shrinks when vacuuming. Plus the melon was probably cut to match the bag in the first place...

#23 not too sure but this might actually be a feedback buster for acoustic guitars. Normally they're made rubber or wood but cork would work, too. If it wasn't intended to be one it's a nice fit and you could definitely use it as one.
