The reason why there is no snakes in Ireland, is probably fake. Scandinavia and Finland have snakes, Russia to, despite much colder climate than Ireland. They spread during summer season. But Islands surounded by cold water, like Ireland, Iceland, Greenland and New Zealand dont have any snakes. Even in the summer, the water is to cold, so they cant get there due to low water temperture.
