How did we get to the point where tips are just expected? And now there’s a menu item to buy the staff a round of beers? Are you friggin kidding me?! Anyone in food service needs to understand this is your corporation’s problem - not the patron. Leave us tf alone. We will tip if the service is good and if the waiter/waitress is pleasant.

#1 if the staff is enjoying being at work they do a better job. Any manager that thinks "work shouldn't be fun" should be sent to the coal mines.
