I've had good an bad neighbors, once I lived in an apartment complex where a guy moved in during november, then at christmas he got a stereo system and a single heavy metal CD (dating myself here) which he played 24/7 on repeat at max volume. it took 3 months but he was finally evicted for being an @$$hole after 37 police reports of disturbing the peace after 11pm. I only reported him twice. Now I own a home, one guy down the street is a 'thumper' who has an over loud car stereo that he insists on blaring as he goes to work each morning at 6am, but most of the others are cool. One nieghbor is an elderly lady who no longer likes me after a branch from the water oak in the corner of my back yard fell and made a 2 inch hole in her stroage building. When she told me about it, I contacted my homeowner's inurance but they asked if I had reason to believe it would happen I said 'No, I had the tree cut back two years ago at my expense to prevent such things from happening.' They said 'Well, you can't be held liable and she'll have to patch it. I suggested a bit of contractor foam or a metal siding patch kit, she has ignored me ever since.

#12 Neighbor worked night shift and got off at 11pm, got mad that the public parking space was taken by our visiting family, and came over and smashed the door camera with rock... at 1 am, and we had a 5 day old baby at home.
