#28 This is so wrong it's annoying. "Countless mysteries and potentially terrifying discoveries" my @$$. We know almost everything about the oceans except all of the different species that live there and that's only because it's too dark and too big to find them. There are many strange objects and events happening in space that we haven't yet been able to explain and that'd be because space is too big and they're too far away. You want to talk about countless mysteries and potentially terrifying discoveries, space is the place.
#25 - I don’t believe this one. Or perhaps the definition of “internal monologue” means different things to different people. An internal monologue is part of what differentiates us from animals. Not having an internal monologue would mean a person couldn’t meditate and think deeply through complex issues - especially when it comes to moral issues. That’s why I don’t believe it - I think everyone has an internal monologue. We are computers that have I/O.
#7 As someone with somniphobia and vivid dreams (I mean it's like live action movies with music and everything) my fear is that anything can happen to me while I'm unconscious (a valid and logical fear more people should have). I Love dreaming, and have a lot of trouble leaving dreams in the morning.
