#1 #6 I bet this would be illegal, but it should also be excellent for target practice. The latter one probably for paintballs or a paint spray can since it is inside the window.
#3 install a bird feeder in that tree.
#17 Place a call to your local fire dept. before you fire it up and let them know you'll be doing it. It will at least save them the trip, and hopefully they'll tell your neighbor to stop calling about you.
#23 Call to have it towed. Then start parking so that you take up the entire space.
#25 have it towed if they are blocking the road.
#30 an angle grinder will make short work of those bolts, then fill the holes. Really though, talk to him and come to a solution with bolts that doesn't pose a hazard toanyone moving next to your side of the wall.

brilliant idea! Next time I plan on burning someone's hose down, I'll call the FD and tell them "no need to come to this and that address, I'm just using my smoker"!
