Actually it's because they don't want anyone to look them up... so anonymity is upheld if you don't antagonize others. The actual sexual deviants pretend nothing exists at all, while the pleasure seekers want to be nice to get more good material.

15 hrs x 150 days = 2,250 hrs a year, with 215 days off.
40 hrs x 52 wks = 2, 080 hrs a year, with 105 days off.
For an extra 170 hrs a year I get an extra 110 days off?
If my math is right, it is worth it.

Yeah. IF those holidays are observed by the company, and who considers a sick day as "time off"? Even getting married is a nuisance most companies would deny leave for.
