Simeon, yup, you push the "button" ans squeeze out one fancy-shaped dollop of gel onto the toiletbowl. Preferably somewhere it's not used as target practice of any kind, but where the water will run past when you flush.

#18 We have one of those! We use it for selecting olives from the jar or a fancy dish at Thanksgiving.
