A ribeye comes from the area besides the heart and lungs so it is exactly where you want to shoot a wild moose. One shot would have been more than enough where it was placed.

Definitely could be a flash drive, I have a few micro drives like that.
I do have exactly that very flash drive, so I can confirm that it is one. Obviously can't confirm the content though.
I have a TP-Link USB network adapter that looks just like that, and a USB Bluetooth adapter for my mouse that's pretty similar in appearance.
