#14 imagine this happening to your kids.. then the school gets bulldozed and nothing is ever done. The parents don't sue the schools, city, or even the shooter or family or anybody on Twitter...they go after a single podcaster who made some comments.

A single podcaster with (at the time) millions of listeners who all believed him when he said that your murdered children never existed and you faked the whole thing. While being paid millions by his sponsors. So yeah you could sue the school or the city (not that they were really at fault) or the shooter's family (not that they had anything left after the trials) or you could make an example of a liar with a huge audience, that might make the people who could prevent it from happening again (lawmakers) to maybe do something...
