Because the addition of the crayon sharpener on the box resulted in hospital emergency rooms filled with crying little boys that were just a little too 'curious' as to what else they could put inside the sharpener, like that one time when I was five.

#7 For the age of the house diagram it seems a fair price, but the interior is questionable and seems to have a hidden rooms and windows in tiny closets. .
