So were they taking swab samples from the SAME can? That is, the can is progressively cleaner after each "cleaning attempt"?

I’ve never washed a can in my whole life, and I’m still alive and healthy at age 59.

A) So we're lead to believe that due to cans being so filthy that pouring the contents of the can into a glass is supposed to be cleaner? Is that the gist here? But the contents of the can have to flow over the spot of the can that was tested, so now the bacteria and fungus are in the contents too.

B) This test has one crucial flaw, they're incubating the specimens. Meaning that prior to the testing the bacteria and fungus were at far lesser levels than the "ew, gross nasty germs" that we saw post incubation.

C) We have immune systems for this.

This video is stupid, and I feel stupid for having not only watched it, but also for diving into it so deeply that I just HAD to post on it. I'm going to work now, and I'm going to drink my sodas, out of the can, like I always have. Good day.

Hugh, look at the incubation process as a "magnifying glass" to help see the difference. It's not like you need to eat an entire raw chicken to get salmonella, you know.

About C: Absolutely. Training it is good; I have no issues drinking straight from the can after opening it. Still wouldn't eat raw chicken even in small amounts, though.

The sugar in those drinks is more likely to kill you then the bacteria are.
