Rolls through red lights after sort of looking both ways.
Rides in the middle of the lane at 10-12 mph (15-20 kph) and will not move over to let vehicles pass.
Thinks every vehicle is out to get them, even the ones driven by cyclists you are just going to pick up groceries.

Yes, but other countries have laws to put them on seperate bike only paths, so its ok.
