#11 When was a kid and these were being test flown they used to go over our farm in North Georgia with a fighter escort.
The size difference was amazing.
I have also bunked within about 1K from an active C5 runway. The planes themselves are amazingly quiet, but that much weight rooling on the runway when they took off and landed kind of felt like a tremor.
