#1 Teachers are NOT failed people jn their field... they are the literal EXPERTS. I don't know how this lie got started, but I've never met a teacher who did that. Nearly all teach because that WAS their intended field, or they started in it and wanted a career change as they got much older.

Virdie, um, most teachers have no real world experience. They are literally regurgitating what they learned in a book or classroom. That’s a problem IRL.
