Molly, Pretty sure the device is for the general public so the child can communicate on a nearly normal level.

Many children learn sign language at school fast, but adults tend to use writing/texting and don't have the teachers. So the device can fill the gap for kids who can't write well.

Scientifically oil comes from marine microorganisms long before dinosaurs, but it's fun to think plastic dinosaurs toys are made from them.
