There are few people today who are naturally gifted to work in direct customer service. Those few just know how to deal with everyone as individuals, and it shows. Then there are people who should never even attempt to do so, they are just horrible people naturally.

Most of those hand written complaints are always written in the comic sans font of a 30 year old Karen. It's like those kind of American women walk out of a Dr. Suess machine or something. 5 ft 5, 30 pounds overweight but calling herself 'thicc', bad skin, greasy hair pinned up in a bun, three screaming brats, lazy looking unshaved husband wearing a nascar hat...they're the lowest form of white people there is.

#5 This is horrible! Why do I want my coffee lady asking questions to "get to know" me when it's 7am and I'm not fully conscious, or 3 pm and I'm stressed, or 6pm when I'm tired after a long day of work? Or EVER!

#21 Technically, the server was worried and got a go ahead from ANOTHER server, which means they both should have been fired if there was something actually wrong.
