"Shot in the dark here but there are 7 sticks and each side has 21 discs. It appears as though 7 discs can fit on each stick so, presuming the sticks are inserted into those holes in an upright fashion, one could imagine the goal is to roll the dice and move a piece from your side over to your opponent’s side. Assuming both players start with three full sticks of 7 (21 total), maybe that middle peg is some sort of a “war” peg where you have to outmaneuver the opponent?"
