#15 is this safe? no retard. you're on top of a very high cliff with snow and it's perfectly safe

#15 As an accomplished solo mountain climber, I've learned to never step out onto a snow cornice at the edge of a cliff. They're deceptive and easy to mistake as solid ground. I would always bring my trusty telescopic 'feeler' that extends to 30ft to poke into questionable areas to traverse. If it sunk past 20ft with no resistance...I wouldn't go near it.
