I was a landlord. It was pointless to make many improvements. The tenants, who are convinced the LL is rich, just trash the place. I was losing money each month, hoping that in years I might make some money.

Yeah these are awful landlords, but they never show the other side, where tenants destroy the place, refuse to pay rent, and refuse to leave.

#15 You would think these are comfortable, but they’re weird and everywhere in public restrooms in Brazil. The seem less clean than a hard seat.

Amazingly they are just as clean, until the external plastic cracks after a few years. I had to clean one daily for an elderly man who had severe diarrhea, and it was always easy.
