#30 I hate to say it... but it's true that anyone a company feels is not intelligent enough to do the work and deal with clients gets to be manager so they can make lots of mistakes and it won't hurt the image of the Company. Also, most people who want power WANT to be managers but use thatbpower to control others like an evil puppet master who uses comptition as their tool. While the best managers are people who DONT want power, but want to accomplish a goal and try to provide support to get there.
