Check to see if there's a breaker panel or an actual fuse box not a deal killer but if the panel is that old there are probably other problems like asbestos insulation on the furnace. I looked a a house, saw the fuse box figured ok I would need an electrician to come in an replace plus check the rest of the wiring. Then I saw the hard fabric looking insulation on the furnace ducts, walked right out and got in my car and left. One out of 2 would be expensive but doable, both no way not me...
"If the entire bathroom, including the ceiling, has been tiled, they may be trying to hide mildew problems. Make sure and have the inspector check whether the bath fan actually ports outside."
