Bridgie,

Where do people think electricity in general comes from?

EV does not solve the energy generation challenge.

Bridgie,

This is how environmentalism works in the 21st century (emphasis on "mental"). It's more about virtue signaling than logic.

In the end, even this solution is more efficient than directly powering the bus with a combustion engine. For instance: the engine does not has to waste gas while waiting at a traffic light. I'm not saying it's a huge difference, but all little bits help.

Thursa,
In the nd,you’ve gobbled up the bullsh#t that’s been fed to us. We are not the creators of problems. Our output is minuscule compared to the real polluters such as big business and the military industrial complex. One common example is cruise ships that spew out CO2 in one day at the rate of a whole city’s automobiles in one year. And yet the finger is pointed as us. Wake up.

Laodicia,

Fortunately for us, CO2 isn't pollution - it's plant food. It's critical for life on earth.

Bridgie,

funny to see that none of your numb nuts got the idea that MAYBE it's not about "EV for the purpose of being an EV" but rather than "Let's separate creating emissions from operating a vehicle".

That way, you can reduce emissions in the city, which I think especially in Mexico City, could be a big deal.

But yeah, just hating around in the interwebz is so much easier, right? Right.

Alfonse,
The pollution produced manufacturing that battery far exceeds what a diesel engine would produce. I see what you're saying about separating the idea of emissions and transportation, however, this isn't the solution, especially in Mexico City. Proper and reliable public transportation , stringent emission control devices on all internal combustion engines will be more beneficial than EV's and more realistic.

Alfonse,
You left wingers love to accuse your 'betters' of hate, when in fact, your entire existence is full of hate. The left must blame their enemies for the very things they do. It's part of the "Alinsky Tactic." You're hatefully envious of your superiors.

Alfonse,
"You're a haterrrrrrrr....you're a haterrrrrrrr.....waaaaa waaaaa waaaaa!"

#1 engineering explained channel shows aa clear picture from the US where is greener to use electric vehicles and where is not.

Still there are power plants which burning brown coal which is the most polluting version out in the US.
Burning gas to generate electricity is greener than any coal based power plant.

Electricity is not coming from this air. Even solar panels have a pollution factor. Just as ev motors.

#53 when this is your biggest problem, you must have a terrible life
