just because you don't have to pay a bill from the doctors, I'm pretty sure it's not "free". I'm pretty sure everyone that pays taxes pays for that as well, so everyone can get healthcare without the fear of bills. But it still costs money that has to come from somewhere.

#13 Umm, ink can be removed with a little alcohol wipe, or a good scrubbing since most passports are not just plain paper. Plus, it exists, so it's not a big deal if it's marked up... like passports that have a corner gone from a puppy, it's still valid.
