Eseneth,
Depending on the TV it's the contrast, flat panels sometimes have trouble with shadow/black sections on scenes though most are much better now.

Eseneth,
you're right. the new tvs just blur it all together and call it high definition when it just gives you a high headache because the human brain cannot comprehend much more detail. also the new stuff cant run the old stuff. so it cant be much "better"

#2 For those who want to smell like a disgusting brewery, but have no intoxicating effect... I still find regular beer repulsive, so yeah, removing the only reason to possibly put up with it (wine without alcohol is sugar removed grape juice, and non-alcoholic cider has been around forever so people expect it).

#5 I've lived through the acceptance of GMO apples and I find it hilarious when GMO fearing people buy apples and don't know they are eating the evil they pretend to fear. (All new apples over the last 20 years ARE GMO)

#3 I learned to drive before ABS. Half of the accidents I've had were due to ABS taking over when I had total control of the situation. I guess, if all you know is stomping on the break pedal and screaming, it is better.

#12 And celery, everyone forgets the strings, and some can still be bitter, but I'm still shocked when they taste sweet, remembering how it was.

"GPS, and maps in general. Old paper maps I could get a rough idea of where my house might be in a town. Now I can read the street signs in a city on the other side of the planet."
