Huh? Look, I get some of your point that people are hired/kept because they check a box, but there are a LOT of dumb, incompetent white males, too. Many of which are running various countries or major corporations.
What you're bringing up is specious reasoning or "What-about-ism." The Left use that old tactic a lot when confronting someone who brought 'facts' to the argument. Which means it's the first thing they resort to before simply calling someone a racist in a vain attempt to shut down an argument they can't possibly win. I'm not necessarily saying YOU are doing that here. It's just what THEY do, ad nauseum.
