#25 Why? Because this steel is not polluted by radioactive isotopes from atmosphere nuclear explosions. So thereafter every steel producing on earth have more radiation compare 40x and earlier. For very sensitive devices such as space telescopes extra radiation brings more noise to images. Drown ships steel is better for that.
