Since #11 is being made into a thing here, First of all the gif is somewhat unfair. It cuts the first part out too soon and then assumes there will be imminent disaster upon doing a basic handstand while pregnant. "Wow! Call the police to arrest that careless fiend!" thought no smart person in this instance.

Well...yeah. Before birth, it is a fetus. Upon birth, it is a baby. Is THAT the superficial specificity you're salivating for? Of course it is. Moreover, just because you're too fat to touch your toes, doesn't mean a fit pregnant woman who most likely mastered the basic handstand at age 5, can't manage to do one safely while pregnant.
