I used to tip 20% for decent service.
I’m tired of this crap. 15% used to be the standard, now they’re pushing 20-25% as the standard.
I tip 15% now in restaurants.
No tips for counter people. No tips for carry out.

I own a delivery company, and rule 1 is "we know nothing about tips". Contractually, we charge a decent price, so we do not talk about or ask for tips ever, any paid by card are passed through without fees, any by cash we don't hear about.
