#8 I don't think that came from the bladder. The tubes from the kidney to the bladder are not wide enough to let that pass. I'm pretty sure it came from the kidney; it has the shape of the renal pelvis.
I've passed a stone of 5mm (about 1/4 inch) and that hurt like a mf. if this passed to the bladder, it probably killed the patient.
