I like that people are making a humorous thing out of it... but I was in California for the big quake of the 80's, and in Alaska for the last three big quakes that required Tsunami warnings, so there is still a bit of "this is in poor taste" going on in my head.

Just days after the big one in Thailand which had , from last time I checked, 9 death and 900+ injured. I do lots of dark humor personally, but when there's been a similar event that includes life loss, that's a no in my book.
