#2 - looks like he has bigger issues than the flashing - looks like it pulled away because the roof below has rotten/broken rafter(s). That’s a major repair - $500 won’t even come close to getting that fixed properly.

#27 - worst advice ever LOL. This person will never be able to get it back to its original state obviously because a machine weaved it when it was manufactured - best you can do is trim it down a bit and put some PVC glue on it to keep it from fraying. Assuming this is on some sort of outdoor canvas.

"I buy the all purpose kitchen cleaner from the dollar store and a tooth brush. Works great. It’ll take you about 30 seconds and $5. Don’t brush too hard or it’ll be super clean then you’ll have to clean the rest of the seat to match"
