"I think it’s absolutely mind-blowingly ridiculous to spend so much money on pre-wedding activities. Especially if they complain about other costs.

I see people blowing thousands on engagement parties, bachelorettes, showers, “girls weekends” and all of this and then complaining that their catering cost a hundred bucks more than they expected and I have to admit that they get a bit of side-eye from me."
