I broke my left wrist when I was at primary school. Once it was out of cast, I was fine. I broke my right wrist some 40 years later and needed hand therapy once I had the cast removed to move my hand properly again. I asked if it was from the break, and was told that no, the stiffness and soreness would be from having it in a cast for 6 weeks.

I needed hand therapy simply because it was held immobile. Stay active and keep that body moving people.
