Kristy, if you're blaming previous generations for your problems then the problem is you. There are no free rides - never was, never will be. There are two kinds of people in this world regardless of the generation they are in: 1) a person that gets out in the world and competes or 2) a loser that sits on the sidelines and whines. Yeah I gotta agree that I am pretty sick of the this current generation whining about not being able to live on $100K a year and how they cannot afford a house. It is bull. What they mean is that they don't want to give up anything to live below their means or in a house that is not their ideal. Just did a zillow search and clean livable houses inside the city at less than $150K is 487. Under $100K is 292. That is Baltimore.
