#23 Yeah, this is not normal. Has not been normal over the long span of human history except during the periods of decadency of empires before they fall. As always history also show that people will defend this degeneracy as normal and progressive behavior but widespread adoption/acceptance usually is a predicator that an empire is on the decline

History does indeed repeat itself. As a species, we need to learn our history as to not do the things that destroyed our ancestors. Adding fancy words to a bad thing doesn't make that thing good; it just displaces it in our mind because we are lazy to properly deal with it.
