#3 Sadly this is also how some severely Autistic people are. Not so much the sleepiness, but I see them totally disengaged until I point out something or hold their hand and guide them back to the present.

#4 Terrifying, since I remember being under the age of 18 months, and pain was definable, and I still remember falling on bricks and stepping on carpeting tack nails. Many people don't recall thise times, and I hope they never do.
