She's partly correct. We have a lot of American air bases over here and there are lots of problems with these people, including armed attacks on the people living here. Even the refugees from Afghanistan are shocked and they've seen some shit

I don't know about that as the people I know as legal immigrants have assimilated well. Of my family 1 is a nuclear and electrical engineer with 4 Master Degrees. 1 is a pharmacists. I am in the medical field after serving 20 years in the USMC with a good part of it is Recon NCO.

I would guess he did not. Many of the overly belligerent rah rah types are those who have never served on the pointy end of the stick, if they served at all. Lindsey Graham is a prime example, as a lawyer in the Air Force he never saw the front line or the pointy end of close combat but he loves sending US troops into harms way.
