Tater tot casserole is tater tots for a base, then ground beef, cream of mushroom soup (I also use nacho cheese soup), corn, and cheese. Bake in oven. Can add other things like jalapenos and hot sauce to jazz it up. Many variations. Great comfort food in winter.
