If a dog would piss my door, i would follow the owner home and piss on his or her door.
Why dont all you dog owners find one spot where all your dogs can piss (preferably in your own homes)

#14 The answer is wrong. These Spanish houses don't usually have gutters, so when it rains a lot of water bounces off and damages the wooden doors over time. To prevent this, you put up these wooden boards.

Something different are the plastic bottles filled with water. You put them up because people think that the dogs prefer to pee on the bottle rather than on the corner of the house, but it's questionable whether it really helps. But lot's of folks do it anyways.
