#2 that's really old though. The telecom cable I laid 20 years ago was cat 3 and had twisted pairs, and this one does not. You would hardly be able to push an ADSL signal through this.
I start to think maybe this is a control cable for technical installations with relays or motors.

#14 fun fact. this isn't available globally at all. Dubai invented low watt bulbs at 1, 2 or 3w and they discontinued. The corporations cam definitely already help everyone but obviously choose not to.
