#2 that's really old though. The telecom cable I laid 20 years ago was cat 3 and had twisted pairs, and this one does not. You would hardly be able to push an ADSL signal through this. I start to think maybe this is a control cable for technical installations with relays or motors.
#14 fun fact. this isn't available globally at all. Dubai invented low watt bulbs at 1, 2 or 3w and they discontinued. The corporations cam definitely already help everyone but obviously choose not to.

No actual bulbs by Phillips. Google 'Dubai lamps' very high efficiency bulbs.
Can't run on time (or if leaves fall on the tracks, kinda a problem in fall) but they can put eyes on the trains...
